Upload

Throughout the day there were intermittent problems with the Upload File function. While we were able to quickly resolve this problem for BloggerPro users, BlogSpot Plus users were still affected until late in the day. The Upload File feature should now be working for all Pro/Plus users and we're sorry for the bother.
