Starting early this morning (about 6 hours ago) there was a serious problem affecting a number of applications including publishing and Blog*Spot. Resolving the problem took a number of reboots and reconfiguration of a server due to what is now looking to be a hardware problem with its network card. All services should be available again at this time.
