Some of our users in Singapore can't view their blogs. The problem appears to be with their ISP. To help us work out the problem please read this message on the Blogger Help Group and respond if you have more information.
Update 3/28/2007: It appears that having received numerous error reports from Blogger and affected users in Singapore, Singnet has fixed this problem.
