Update, 8:45: FTP publishing was running at a reduced rate since about 4:30AM today, followed by a total outage a little before 8AM.
We have repaired the system and it is publishing again. There’s a backlog of requests to publish in the queue, however, so expect some external publishing delays for possibly the rest of the morning. We will be monitoring the service closely while this continues.
