Publishing to Blog*Spot is currently not working. This problem has affected the overall stability of Blogger and is causing non-responsiveness when accessing blogs from the Dashboard. We are working to fix the problem.
Update: Publishing to Blog*Spot is back online. We had a simultaneous failure across multiple machines responsible for the publishing of Blog*Spot blogs. To prevent this type of outage in the future, we are performing a full system audit to ensure that proper redundancies are in place.
