We've had some trouble in the last few days with email. Specifically, emails aren't being sent out reliably which impacts features such as BlogSend, comment notification, team invites and username/password recovery. We're bringing additional machines online to handle the load here and have started catching up with the backlog. Sorry for the late- or non-delivery of messages sent by Blogger.
