Publishing to Blog*Spot is currently not working because of a downed load-balancer. When we had previous problems with publishing to Blog*Spot, we added additional servers behind a load-balancer. Right now, that load-balancer is having trouble. This problem only started recently - in the last 20 minutes - and shouldn't take long to resolve.
Update: This has been fixed.
