Saturday Blog*Spot publishing problems

There were widespread problems with publishing on Saturday as a critical part of the server infrastructure fell down. I apolgize that we didn't have a status update on this problem sooner; it was resolved quickly after being detected and we are making additional changes to make sure this particular problem doesn't happen again.
