Because of a configuration change, mail-to-blogger and some API clients are currently not working. We will fix this problem shortly.
Update: mail-to-blogger has been fixed. API clients are still broken as the end point unfortunately changed. If you point your clients to http://www.blogger.com/api or http://www.blogger.com/api/RPC2 they will work. We apologize for the unplanned change to the end-point and we will make http://new.blogger.com/api work again as well.
