Missing template images

BlogSpot Plus users were seeing a problem where template images would be lost after upgrading a blog to Plus. This was due to a problem with the migration routine and won't happen going forward. However, some users who have already upgraded may still see broken image links in their templates - Rudy is working to clean up this problem.
