Sigh. The publishing server is still getting overwhelmed. I'm having to shut publishing off for half the blogs at a time until I figure this out. This seems to be working, though, so if you get "publishing is temporarily unavailable," just check back in a few minutes (it switches every 15) and you should be okay. Annoying I know, but at least that's predictable (assuming that keeps working).
