Made an RSS channel for recently updated blogs: http://www.blogger.com/fresh_rss.xml. We had something like this before, but it stopped working somewhere along the line. No one apparently missed it, but a lot of people have been talking lately about building tools to track changes and such. This should help. It contains the 15 most-recently updated blogs, in decending order of freshness (just like the Recently Updated list). It's 15 because that's the RSS .91 limit, I think. And it's updated once per minute. Have your way with it, and lemme know if there are any problems.
